Start your journey towards becoming an instructor with us. There are many awards and qualifications which can be gained while working here and we regularly run instructor training courses. Training isn't limited to Instructional staff only . We also use a mixture of onsite and offsite training to skill up staff in all departments: Bar Licensing, Food Hygiene and Chainsaw qualifications and many others.

Operations Manager.
Working closely with the General Manager you will play an important role in the management, sales, profitability and direction of the Business. The role will be challenging – People, Budgets, Team Working, Planning, Problem Solving, IT, Events, Marketing being one of the many aspects of the role. You will also be the liaison between the General Manger and the Board of Directors.
You should have strong leadership qualities with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as be a good problem-solver.
