Our one hour wildlife boat tour is a far more relaxing way to get out on the loch.

The route takes you up the loch to the RSPB Insh Mashes nature reserve.

Here you will see Goldeneye, Wigeon, Teal, Mallard and Tufted ducks.

There’s often a chance to see our resident Ospreys and Swans, as you travel back round the loch to the boathouse

Not to mention some breathtaking views of the surrounding Cairngorms and Monadliath mountains.

Times:   May to Sep        11am, 2pm, 4pm.
            July and Aug       11am, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm*

It’s possible to get a wheel chair down to the boat although some assistance is required to board.

Binoculars and a wildlife identification leaflet are provided to help name the birds you can see.
