Where is our food from?

Local produce

Here at The Boathouse we are passionate about sourcing the freshest produce from local Highland suppliers and regularly change our menus with the seasons.

Our Fish comes direct from Pro Fish. Based in Aviemore, Pro fish are a family run shop aiming to provide the freshest, local produce with a combined staff knowledge spanning 60 years in the seafood industry.

Our Meat comes from two established local sources. Balliefurth Farm shop, Nethy Bridge, stocking prime beef and lamb direct from their farm.  Aberdeenshire Larder – Specialist butcher and game dealer, using Scottish wild venison.

Our Fruit, Vegetables and Salads are from Williamsons, a family run food group, based in Inverness. The business has been in their family for 60 years.
