Our 5 berth Spey Apartment provides budget friendly accommodation for all, with views of the Loch through birch and beech trees from the living room and covered balcony. The log burning stove provides comfort and warmth whatever the season.
The apartment adjoins the main hall and can be a homely base if your numbers are more than 5. By renting out rooms 20-24 on the upper level of Insh Hall, your group can stay together on the top floor and use the facilities within the apartment.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the apartments.
The sleeping quarters are split into a main bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and ensuite facilities. The second bedroom has a single bed with ensuite.
The apartment is fully furnished with TV and DVD for your entertainment and the kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave fridge/freezer and dish washer. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday.
There is central heating throughout with no electricity charge but a charge for extra logs for the log burner will apply.
