Archery is one of our most popular “dry” activities. Because our range is sheltered by the trees, it’s the perfect all weather option for those who want a break from the water but still want an outdoor challenge in the fresh Highland air.
Fun for the Whole Family (Even the Little Ones!)
We want the entire family to be able to enjoy the range together. While our standard target archery is typically suited for children aged 7+, we haven’t forgotten about the budding archers in the family!
Mini Suction Bows & Arrows: For our younger guests, we have specialized mini suction cup bow and arrow sets.
Safe & Engaging: Under the close supervision of a parent or guardian, the younger kids can join in the fun with their own dedicated targets. It’s a fantastic way to keep everyone involved and make sure nobody misses out on the woodland action.

Target Games: Once everyone has the basics down, we turn up the heat with fun games and scoring challenges.

Archery is the perfect add on to a day at Loch Insh. Many of our visitors spend their morning kayaking or on the Jungle Float, then head into the woods in the afternoon to try something new.
