Group Taster Lessons
The perfect “no-pressure” 90 minute introduction with other first timers. Our instructors will show you the ropes—literally—and let you take the helm under safe supervision.
All ages from 8 years old can take part.
Private Taster Lessons
Same lesson even less pressure! Your lesson at your pace. A great option for families with kids under 8 years old who can join in too.
As a fully recognized RYA Training Centre, we take pride in offering high-quality instruction that takes you from a complete beginner to a confident, independent sailor. Our structured courses follow the national syllabus, ensuring your certification is recognised worldwide.
Youth RYA Stages 1-4:
A comprehensive 2-day or 5 day introduction that takes you from total beginner to competent in a boat
These sessions are specifically tailored for younger sailors. We focus on building confidence, understanding the wind, and having fun through games and practical on water sessions. These are among the most popular kids sailing lessons in the Highlands.
Adult RYA Levels 1-3: Our adult courses range from a basic introduction to advanced boat handling and seamanship. Whether you want to learn to steer or master the art of rigging, we have a level for you.
Private Lessons – Tailored for You: Not everyone fancies a group environment. If you prefer a more personal approach, our Private Lessons offer 1-on-1 (or 1-on-2) coaching. This is the fastest way to progress, providing a quiet, focused space where the lesson moves at exactly your pace.
